Room for your own rhythm

THE MEANING BEHIND THE NAME

Less noise.
More presence.

Bible Focus began with a simple intention: make space for Scripture in everyday life, with less distraction and more room to reflect.

“Focus” is an invitation to give one passage your attention. To sit with a thought. To write something down, or simply carry it with you. And to come back when you’re ready.

A steady rhythm. A little room to breathe.

A LOOK INSIDE

A thoughtful space.
A simple rhythm.

Read. Reflect. Return.

QUIET BY NATURE. PRIVATE BY DESIGN.

Your reflections
belong with you.

The first version keeps your study, notes, and progress on your iPhone. There’s no account to create, no cloud sync, and no reading or journal analytics.

Reading and reflection work offline. You can export your own data or reset it from the app’s settings.

BUILT WITH INTENTION

In the making.

A personal project from FuegoWork.
A considered foundation for what comes next.

A source you can trace.

Scripture comes from an imported World English Bible Classic edition. Pinned source files, checksums, and text cross-checks keep the source accountable.

Built around the device.

An Expo and React Native iPhone app, backed by local SQLite storage. Reading, study plans, and journaling are built to work without a server.

Care before release.

Automated checks cover the source, reference resolution, and app flows. Human editorial review and wider device testing remain part of the work ahead.

DEVELOPMENT NOTE

The first local milestone.

The reader, 30-session study structure, optional journal, progress views, local reminders, and data export are working in the iPhone development build. The next chapter is editorial review, more device testing, and preparing a distributable release.
